Frequently asked questions and answers
Why does the code AMY40 fail at WotNot checkout?
It is listed for Wotnot Naturals, that is completely different company. They are Australian skincare store, and not the wotnot.io chatbot. Make sure that you read the description and title before using any promos.
What happens to my unused chats and AI credits if I cancel?
Your plan and credits will remain active till the end of your current billing cycle. WotNot don’t refund any unused credits. The refunds will be reviewed case by case once you send an email to the team.
Which plan gives the cheapest price per chat?
That’s Starter membership. Here you get chat at about 2 cents only. It costs 2.9 cents on Lite and 3 cents on Premium. So if you often pass 1000 chats per month, then you should move to Starter to save money per chat.
