Why did my KeySearch bill go back up after 3 months?
The ‘KSDISC’ promo covers only three months of your billing. After that you need to pay a full amount for both plans. Alternatively, you can choose the annual subscription to be charged less.
Can I get a refund and re-join with a code to pay less?
No. KeySearch allows you to refund within 30 days from the date of first purchase. According to their terms, the refunds won’t be given so you can buy the same plan at discounted price.
I already subscribe, can I use 20% code?
It is valid only if you are upgrading. The promotion page says that existing subscribers can use it when move to the bigger tiers. Go for Pro from Starter to claim it.
