No. According to FAQ page of Cointracts, the evaluation fees are non-refundable. The refunds are only available for duplicate charges or technical errors.
Do deals work on any challenges or only specific ones?
There are plan specific codes such as START20 and STEP10. It is available for single step evaluation only. Moreover, the GROW10 is available for Grow plans. Make sure to read the terms and condition first, otherwise you may see “invalid” option.
